Since 2006….

The Windmill started this beautiful adventure in 2006, Alberto the owner, had this idea to combine Traditional English Pub with Modern Italian Food.

We love the concept of the pub and admire the importance of it in the British culture, as much as we love Italian food.

For many years it worked very well creating a very strong food and drinking clientele.

Unfortunately pandemic happened and so the way to work especially in the food and drinking industry.

So we had to change and we decided to introduce pizza, but not just a commercial pizza, but a product made from the best ingredients available on the market, prepared by professional Italian pizza chef,
